Radiator Reservoir Cracked

Have found a hairline crack in reservoir prior to departure on 4-month trip. Where do I find a replacement? How much can I expect to pay, & how hard is it to swap out? We've got to be on the road in a matter of days! Driving a 2007 Monaco Cayman XL. Please help! I am not mechanically inclined and on a limited budget. No snide remarks, plz, just need honest help.

Is it this?

Several times that price from Monaco. Summit had the best price I found. On our coach, R&R took about 1/2 hour.

Check with Guaranty RV, I bought one 2 years ago for $191.

https://www.guaranty.com/contact-us

I replaced mine ~3 years ago and at the time they had the best price.

FWIW, when we bought our rig in late 2008 I noticed that my surge tank and some cracks that were weeping. I did repair that lasted ~4 years. I took some good tape and made a small void in front of the crack, leaving a gap. I then took a strap clamp and loosely tightened it around the tank. I then applied a good amount of a polyurethane glue (aka gorilla type glue) and filled the void, misting it with water to get the glue to activate. I then monitored as it expanded and at some point tightened the strap clamp. This repair lasted +4 years but I started to develop more cracks so I replaced.

I just replaced mine with one from Source Engineering, you may not have time to order one and have it installed before you leave. These tanks are made of aluminum and should be the last one you have to buy.

Looked at one at the FMCA rally a couple of weeks ago. That tank is bullet proof
