Radio not working

Hello, we have a 2013 holiday rambler vacationer. On the Panel on the outside passenger side compartment . We have no power to J4.Which operates the radio memory, LP detector, and map lights. Anyone have any ideas? Also the long term storage disconnect switch in that same panel is not working

The the long term storage switch is a rotary type they can fail. I have one for both house and chassis. My chassis battery disconnect switch failed. I just removed both wires and bolted them together until I could replace the switch. This may be why you don't have power to J4. Check voltage on either side with the switch in both the on and off position to confirm it is sending power through.
