Re-wire an AC outlet to be on the inverter.
In my '05 Dip, the inverter only powers some of the 110v outlets.
One that is not, I wish was. (Bedroom night stand)
How big of a job is it to get that circuit to be powered by the inverter?

move it's circuit breaker to the inverter 'side' of the breaker box, or sub-panel... it will also apply to all other outlets on that same circuit as well.
with most 50a coaches, the Inverter circuits will be powered thru one 'side'(50a hot line) and the other items not thru the inverter will be powered on the other 'side'(50a hot line).
your inverter may be a smaller variety than that of most newer diesels who have a 2000w or larger unit, with most all outlets on the Inverter side of the breaker box, giving you the most usage of your power - whether on Shore, Generator, or Inverter, from the get go. Only a few items are not, such as water heater, engine block heater, ac units, etc.
of course, a lesser option would be to just run an extension cord from an outlet that IS powered thru the inverter.

I would see if Monaco, or someone on this forum, could get you a copy of your 110 V Wiring Diagram for your coach. On our '06 Dyanasty, both nightstands are the first two duplex outlets on the string for that breaker. From there, that circuit feeds the bedroom entertainment cabinet, and then from there, the front entertainment cabinet. And that is all on the inverter. I don't know why they would have put those outlets on the shore power panel, unless it was to keep from putting electric blanket loads on the inverter.
But I would think your desire would be a reasonable modification, if you can find an inverter fed circuit, nearby, in the cabinetry that you could tap into.
MisterT's idea of moving the breaker could work, but I wonder if you would have any spaces in your inverter panel for another breaker. If not, check to see if you might be able to remove a single breaker in your inverter panel and replace it with a twin breaker to get the job done.
If you do go into modifying your wiring and/or breaker panels. try to stick with a "code" installation when it comes to conductor sizes, breaker sizes and wiring methods.

Can be a royal pain if not near impossible in some cases.
Sorry, I have a similar issue on mine. I have plenty of 12 volts nearby so could add a small inverter I suppose. Alas, an extension cord does the trick when really needed.

Just a comment. The reason the nightstands are not on the inverter is that the MSW inverter is death to electric blankets!

Thanks to all for the good advice and solutions.
The bed has an air mattress which has an "always firm" feature - a smaller air pump comes on as needed. I will check it's power rating.
I don't want the inverter to think I plugged in an electric blanket.

Did you learn about electric-blankets the same way I did, xydial? I destroyed two new blankets before I caught on that something wasn't right
And it's not the power-rating itself of the blanket that's the catch, but the fact that newer electronic blankets won't work with the MSW-type power. We went back to the old rotary-dial click-type thermostat kind and it works fine.
By the way, I understand some of the CPAP machines are also quite finicky aout MSW power.
