Do you have zones and is it set for both?

Yes, your thermostat has 2 zones, one for the front room and another for the back. Each needs to be on (if you want them on) Same goes for the fan. Heat is one zone only.

If you don't have a manual for the thermostat, that describes zone settings , if you can post the brand maybe we can find one for you.

Welcome to the forum John., Is this a separate air conditioner in the bedroom?
If so, does it have any air coming out at all Such as straight down? If you have one it should be making plenty of noise like it wants to work.

Take the inside cover off and look for anything obstructing the duct work.

It sounds like the unit isn't coming on.

Check the circuit breaker for the AC
Check the thermostat to make sure it's trying to turn the AC on

After that, its down to checking voltages on the unit

Check to see if you have 50 amps on each leg on the receptacle at the camp post. You may only be getting 1/2 of the electrical supply. I just read a thread yesterday of the exact problem you are having and sure enough; the camp post was only putting out on one leg of the plug.
