Recommended Shower Upgrades/Attachments?

We've really never used our shower much because my water heater was on the blink and I was slow to replace it. Well, got a new one installed now and just took a shower and I've got a few complaints.

1) soap ledge allows soap to slip off unless perfectly level or tipped in direction of shower wall.

2) I'm tall so I would like to remount the shower head/wand higher. We have the skylight above so plenty of room for some kind of mount.

I suppose a shower caddy would be good but these spaces aren't big so don't want to crowd the area. I was hoping others had ideas that worked for them.

Thanks
Rob

My shower head is on an adjustable slide bar. Get an oxygenics shower head it raised the height of mine some not that I need it. Feels more like home shower on a pump I don't know how they do it. Their hose is not the greatest I used my old one an move the old head to outdoor shower.
If temps are above 70 you get more hot water from fresh tank an pump. Unless hose is blazing hot from the sun.

We added single lever control and oxygenics shower head, all in brushed nickel to match existing. Used original hose, but moved the momentary shut-off valve to just above the controls. We got dispensers for body wash, shampoo and conditioner from Bed Bath and Beyond, also brushed nickel finish.

Appreciate the info. I like the soap and shampoo dispenser idea. Just hoping these things that mount with suction cups actually hold. Never had much luck with that which is kind of why I posted this thread.

We added the 3 bay shampoo and soap dispenser and mounted it to the shower wall......really frees up a lot of space!

X2 on the Oxygenics shower head, available in Brushed, ORB and chrome and for ~$30 it's a great bargin!!
