Hi -

As I'm sure the others do, I have a red and a green needle/pointer in my air-pressure gauge ('06 Endeavor) that indicate the pressure in the front and rear air tanks.

Which is for which tank? And should they 'wander' about a little? Sometimes the red one is a bit higher but slowly drops off, and then the green one takes the lead for awhile. If I was a betting-man, maybe I could place wagers to see who wins (would sure take the edge off the boredom on some long journeys).

Thanks!
Ron

(By the way, in case this sounds like a silly post, it's because I'm trying to keep the activity going in this forum. I'd hate to see it atrophy for lack of use).

If I were to put a relationship on your needles it would be, that the RED is for your brakes and the GREEN is for suspension, because the tanks are separate.

Hi Radarr -

Gee, that was quick! And by the way, 'Happy Anniversary' on your one-year here in irv2.net.

Hmmm, that makes sense, because sometimes they don't seem to follow braking action (ie, I'd expect both would dip/rise in stop-and-go traffic or whatever). However, dealer had said one was for each of the 2 brake sets( front or rear), but maybe I misunderstood him.

Ok then, which is for front and which for rear? And, which tank is brakes and which suspension? The manual didn't go into the details.

Ron

Hey Ron,

RV Anatomy 101 for the 2006 Endeavor and Testing our metal. If don't have a set already of these DVD's for you coach, call Fred Donely at 800-634-0855 and ask him to send you a set. These discs should help you with your questions and use of your coach. Oh, don't forget to read your OWNERS MANUALS also.
