remove bedroom tv in diplomat 08 40pdq

Our bedroom tv has died and it appears that it was attached to a sub wall before the wall was installed in it's permanent location. It looks like must remove the bottom of the cabinet above it first ?

Has anyone changed out their bedroom tv in bedroom ??

I had to go inside the cabinet above and carefully dig out the small horseshoe shaped staples until the panel would lift up. Under that panel were screws that had to be removed. Use a small blade screwdriver to get under the heads, pry up a little and then use needle nose pliars to get them out. No need to put them back in either.
