replaced mother board, instrument panal doesn't work

We have replaced mother board and installed new hard drive with program on it. When engine started, the lights on panal boot up but nothing is registering from the engine.
Gages are not showing pressure, etc. Wondering if there is a reset system or is there a problem with the little circut board that sends the messages from the engine.

Would be nice if you would give us a hint as to what coach, model, and year you have. They are not all the same.
