Replacement for IOTA ATS
Just wondering if anyone has replaced one of these pieces of junk in the last 6 months. Looking for recommendations (please be specific on the product you used if possible) for a better, safer ATS. I attached a photo of our total melt down (and we are so lucky we were here at the coach) when the wife smelled the HOT plastic smell.
Thanks for any help as this has us in a bit of a situation as we are currently in SD heading to the MI Rally in Gillette, WY

I just changed my IOTA out to an Esco LPT50BRD.
Pretty easy swap. Be sure you turn shore, genny and inverter off before you get into it.
Many places to get them including Amazon.

WOW! Y'all were lucky, for sure. My IOTA burned thru at almost the exact same place. Fortunately I'd checked mine when I bought it, and saw the impending disaster.
Ditto on the LPT50BRD, mostly based on positive reports on here.
However, when I got mine I was disappointed with the plastic crossbar where the wires were terminated. Because I had solid wire on the incoming side, the crossbar kept bending/twisting, concerning me that they would short-out on the case. I added a piece of flat plastic to insulate them. I did not want to add short jumpers of stranded wire to make it easier on the crossbar, which would add one more connection. Additionally, the terminals were plain phillips screws and when I went to tighten them, several began to strip at the heads. I replaced them with Allen-type screw heads.
Bottom line: it works as specified but could be designed better.

Concur with various comments.
The IOTA box we had was plastic and also melted. We went to the one listed below, metal box container and generally same size for ease of replacement.

WFCO
I used this one. Connections matched up nicely and the coils are DC for reasons stated in their literature.
