Replacement Vent Lift Arm

I need to replace the lift arms on the front and rear bathroom vents in my 05 Monaco Knight. Does anyone know the brand vent or a link to the replacement arm? They're both manual lifts. Here are a couple terrible pictures I took today. Thank you.

You can identify the covers/manufacture by the hinge design. But if if I search rv vent lift mechanism or operator ones that look like yours come up.
