Replacing Camelot driver side slide pads

Has any one found a fix for this? mine shattered going out. I have removed the screws and exposed pieces. Any I dea how many screws are between the outer wall and end of slide in the coach?
Any suggestions would be appericated.

The flat pads? If so, it is a bitch to fix. I did it earlier this year. I got the parts from McMaster Carr, but Monaco had them. Monaco's would have been cheaper after I bought the countersink bit. My email is John@FireLogs.com. Feel free to email me your phone number and I will call you. I did not take many pics, but certainly have some shortcuts. The dealer told me the slide must come out, but I did it without. The last four screws took about 4 hours R&R.

On my Beaver there were 2 screws hidden in there. On one end I jacked up the slide, messed around for a super long time to get that piece out. It looked pristine. On the other one is just cut it back just shy of the last exposed screws and butted a new piece against it. 30 5200 and SS screws.
Both side are fine now, even this side where I left the piece in. I used UHMW instead of the nylon. It will hold up better.

Did not answer your question. There are 4. Or two rows of 2. The first two are reached from outside, but inside the weatherstrip. The last two I got from the inside laying on the floor. The key is raising the slide against the top seal to give you about 3/4" more room.

Are you referring to the nylon blocks that the big slide uses to raise the slides? If so, Lippert has them & are called " Raised Travel Blocks 9 inches"
