Replacing locks on Bay Door Latch

I have a 2007 Knight. Has anyone replace the lock assembly on a bay door latch. I have tried silicone and graphite but I still have issues opening and locking the bays. I would like to replace all the locks and have one key for the RV bay doors. My lock looks like the lock part cannot be removed, you would have to replace the entire latch. Any help would be appreciated.

What brand of latch assembly do you have.

Replaced all of mine to chrome. Bought from TriMark. Call them if that is who made yours.

So what did that cost to replace all of the latches with chrome ones?

Our 2013 Knight 26PFT is new to us and the previous owners had it detailed and it looks like the detailers got to aggressive on the latches so they took some of the black paint off.

Considering if we can simply remove them and have them repainted to match the body paint. Only issue I can see is removing the locking barrel. Have read that a lock smith can assist. All of the door latches are keyed the same as the ignition key.

I had to do some door repair and removed the lock assembly but had to repaint it. I did not remove the barrel assembly, I just put a little tape over it.
