We own an RV lot in River Ranch and go there as often as possible.
Thanks to all the great information it is all helpful.
If you have any more questions just ask. There are many folks on this site that have changed over to a residential. One challenge you will have with the Samsung is ceiling height. Our coach is a 2006 model year and they raised the ceiling compared to early years. Be sure to measure before you make a selection. If you only have a drawer below the Norcold you can just remove the drawer.

Each year after Christmas we spend a week in Orlando and a week in Tampa. I will be 67 in June and by next December might fully retire and then spend about three months in Florida after Christmas. Griffin looks like a nice place to live. We took and exit off I-75 because of a huge backup and passed through Griffin on our way back to I-75.

It also has a 6500W generator, and I'm mildly considering installing an auto start on it. I'm also mildly considering adding some solar charging to the system. We'll see.

When we researched the new 'green' residential fridges, we found that they all used less than 2 amps maximum draw. When I installed our residential fridge, I plugged it into a Kill-A-Watt meter. On initial start up, the meter read about 3/4 amp draw. Eight hours later, the meter said that the total draw for the eight hours had been about 1 3/4 amps, so obviously the fridge had not run much during that time. I realize that when the coach is not on shore power, that those figures would be multiplied by a factor of approx 10 or 11 when power is coming from the batteries through the inverter.
Jim,

Thanks for posting that data. Good info. Is yours a Samsung?

Thanks for posting your Samsung current draw info. Good info.

No. We chose a Danby fridge. Our Norcold was a 7.5 cu ft. The Danby is an exact fit, and gives us 9.4 cu.ft.

Are two wired to the coach chassis in parallel and the other 6 to the house in series/parallel? It is a very clean unit.

Jeff,
The coach has a total of 10 batteries. 2 are in the engine compartment and dedicated to starting the engine. The other 8 are the ones you are seeing in the slide out trays. Those are the house batteries. When the original owner specced out the coach, he/she selected the residential refrigerator option. In order to get that option you also had to get the 8 house batteries and the 3000w inverter.
