Sounds good. Do they provide over the phone Tech support?

Looks like you can still contact them by email for tech support.
That’s the way I always did it anyway.

It appears that they do not provide phone Tech support. At least it doesn’t appear so from their website

REV Group shut off tech support

Sad state of affairs, and no notification either! But they respond to email for support? Does this mean no parts either?

I emailed REV this morning and this was the response:

Thank you for contacting REV Recreation Group warranty assist.

In regards to your inquiry, unfortunately we would not have that information, as your coach was built by the previous Monaco Coach, which closed under bankruptcy in 2009. As we are not that same company, we can no longer offer any further assistance regarding the coach.

For further assistance, please seek the assistance of a Monaco dealership.

Thank you!

And, what can a Monaco dealership do if there is no support from REV. Just asking. Hopefully REV, as someone said, still will supply parts. I've talked to REV before by phone, they was very helpful.
Think I will keep that website that Dave O mentioned.
I am in Washington, isn't their a Monaco store of some sort in Oregon??, around Eugene.

This is quoted from the American Coach yahoo group as of this morning...
O.K. everyone, I've heard back both by personal phone call and email.
Here's the deal. Tech support is still alive and well. They have made a couple of changes and it may take a bit to straighten out.
In the past, tech support has at times been on the phone with us owners for extended periods of time, trying to solve individual issues. At times this has taken over an hour. At the same time, others are waiting in the "cue" and becoming frustrated cause their call is not responded to in a timely manner.
What they are attempting to do, is refer those callers, who's problems cannot be resolved in a couple of minutes, to service centers for resolution. If you call with say your 08 Eagle, and say it's an electrical issue and your asking for instance, where is the fuse, or similar, you are supposed to get help. If the same caller is inquiring and the issue is "very complicated", you will be referred to a service center for help.
This information is from Steve Heim and Janeen Gerke directly.
As a result in this change, it may be that tech support people haven't quite adjusted or adapted to how they are to now address calls. I hope within a short amount of time, things will be smoother.
As far as "Deb" is concerned, she has decided to retire. Today is her last day. This was her decision and the timing I am told, is not related to the coach problem screening.
I and your Board of Directors, will do our best to help our members. We have been adding technical sections to our magazine and website. Between the Yahoo Chat group forum and your association coupled with a little patience, we will get through this.

I recently found out looking for someone else if you input information in Google Bing you can get manual information for any RV your looking for, example this, a better input of search may get your better clarity of what your looking for like wiring, plumbing and so forth.
Try it and also the new irv2 search engine out of your rv forum may get you old threads of information you may need.
