Roof problem

I have questions regarding a loose headliner on a Diplomat.

Is this ar all common in a 2006?

First thought is a roof leak but what else may be its cause?

Thanks

A water leak could cause it what is around the area is there any wetness or staining. It could be just be the glue releasing from the backing board

Turns out the leaks are in the slides.

So far don't see the exact enter points.
Any tips on how I can find those spots?

Look at the corners where the flaps overlap sometimes there cut short or will have a gap. look at the front of the box where the trim is some have a piece of metal that needs to be sealed and will cause leaks

What I would do is take your motorhome to a dealer who can pressure test it. They fill your motorhome with pressure and then wash down the outside with very soapy water and look for bubbles.
