Make sure you haven't "reverse rolled" it up. It happens often...you hold the button too long...motor keeps running but rolls up "under instead of over". Or, you hit the wrong button while retracting...it can do the same thing. Sounds stupid but it happens!!

yes, or use the retract button to see if it extends in reverse order. This may not be the problem but its a cheap way to start.

On my Windsor the sw is in the top left of the pass slide , in the overhead
cabinet behind the pass chair .
That sw is mounted on what I call a bumped out part of the wall .
Behind that little bump out is the controller box , actually 2 little elect boxes .
One is the actual control box the other is a current limiter device that is sort
of a backup to the stop switches .

Be careful in there , the awning uses 120 volts

After studying it bit perhaps you can see where the power comes in and where
it goes out to the motor .
Assuming power is present you can jumper to see if the motor operates .

The current limiter is a known troublesome part , I read somewhere that they
no longer use it and I have also read that you can eliminate it by just unplugging
it and reconnecting without it in the circuit .
I haven't done that on mine but I plan to try it since mine will stop at times .

I didn't ask if you are plugged into elect power
I don't believe the awning will operate on the inverter , although I'm not
positive about that .

Good luck

Take it to an electronics repair store, there are not many left but some are still out there. They may be able diagnosis it fairly cheap, many times it is just POT or a voltage regulator that went out.
