RR8R illustrated parts list wanted

Would someone kindly share a link to or a file containing an illustrated parts list for the Roadmaster RR8R chassis

It would be nice to be able to refer to chassis parts by their actual name, manufacture and part number rather than constantly researching and trying to locate a parts manufacturers and part number.

I have a 2005 Monaco Knight 37PBD

Thank you

I don't think what your asking for exists. I've never seen one.

I have a hard time believing it doesn't exist, that they just built the RR8R chassis by memory without any parts diagram or parts list.

As i said before, someone, somewhere has a copy from the factory builds. I would just like them to share with the Monaco community.

Monaco did provide a Data or Build sheet that listed the main components of each coach with the make/model and sometimes SN listed. This included the Axles, Transmission, Engine & ECU, main Hydraulic pumps/motor, steering box, tires etc. It also include AC units, most of the appliances along with other stuff like TV's, radio etc.

I took that list and started to build a data base of operating, parts, and troubleshooting manuals

You can try and request a copy of the build sheet, https://www.monacocoach.com/technical-assistance

I would also ask for all the wiring diagrams, house and chassis.

Monaco had an extensive sales and service network across the USA prior to the bankruptcy. At some point in ~2010 after bankruptcy the security of their network open and the database of parts information for each coach was available, just had to put in the VIN and all the info was accessible. I took the opportunity to download +100 parts pages for my coach before they locked it down. I believe this database is still available and a reputable repair facility may have access to it. I have used some of the Monaco PN's and looked up the parts on the REV website.

Hope this helps.

I do have the build sheet. Although not much about chassis parts, etc other than the engine. I called rev tech support about the chassis and i get the "we (REV Group) didn't build it . So we don't have any documentation on your chassis. Pretty lame.

Does anyone know of a shop in Indiana that employees the old Monaco workers? Maybe one of them left Monaco with some documentation.

Too Bad, they could be building relationship that could turn into future sales. Instead they are burning bridges.

Check into the Monacoers.org site. They do have a pretty extensive Parts Catalog and a bunch of really smart people contribute. Never seen a question or problem that hadn't been solved.

Download and check these out.

As suggested, the Monacoers site will be helpful.
https://www.monacoers.org/

Lots of helpful folks on that forum and tons of talent.
