Nice work. I posted in your other thread on this, that I need to replace those bushings on my RVA jacks too. I noticed my rear jack(s) have worn bushings.

Did you do the bushings on all three jacks?
*Do all the jacks (front center and the two at the rear) have these bushings?

With the new bushings installed, does the jack move any when you grab it with your hand and try to move it back and forth? The new bushings look like there is no gap between them and the frame.

Is there a torque on the bushing retaining bolts? Or do you tighten as much as possible for that size bolt?

Thanks

There isn’t any in front. I ran them up until the washers on the outside of the bushings touched the plate on each side. No play but a little give if you forced them. RV A said to run them up until you ran out of thread. Believe that’s about where mine ended up. Don’t believe there’s any torque specs. These are flanged self locking nuts and are tight all the way up after the first few threads

Thanks. I plan to order a set of four for the rear jacks.
Did you need the bolts too (or could you have reused them)?

I reused my bolts but my old bushings were not original and I had to get some washers. Biggest issue is clearance. There isn't much room up in there. Run them down as tight as you can get them.

Could have reused them but on a couple of them it was easier to cut them with a grinder. Would have been easier with a decent air ratchet but mine wasn’t strong enough. The nuts are very tight the entire length of the bolt. Mine were allen heads
