There were 12 models of Safari Serengeti made in 2000. All were diesel pushers. Either they have all air brake systems, no hydraulic fluid used, or you have air over hydraulic, which uses air pressure to increase force on the master cylinder piston and hydraulic fluid in brake lines to each disk brake rotor.
The master cylinder is generally in front, fastened to the frame rail. In some RVs with the master cylinder reservoir on the frame rail, you can use a hose and funnel hung from a window or mirror to refill reservoir when bleeding the brakes. A mechanic's mirror can be used to monitor the fluid level.
