Sailun tires

Back in May of this year I posted an issue I had with Sailun tires a blowout on a 3year old tire. I could not get any warranty tire because I had left the blown tire in VA. I am now in NY and did not have the tire to turn in as required by their warranty policy. after several attempts to obtain warranty I was contacted by Al Eagleson Segment Manager for commercial tires located in Ontario Canada. He worked relentlessly for me to remain a satisfied customer He was able to obtain for me a new tire for half the cost of retail price. to do this he had to have a credit issued to TBC, (their US distributor) who had issue the credit to Reliable tire in Syracuse NY who in turn had to issue the credit to a local dealer in the Albany NY area where I the could pick up and pay the new tire .

I believe Sailun Tire has gone the max for customer satisfaction and support

I decided to purchase 2 new Sailun tires for the front of the coach.

end of story. ( I hope)

Thanks for the update and glad to hear they took care of you. I've heard in the G range, the Sailun's are great tires and preferred over the G range Goodyear tires.
