If the back connector on the rv is the same as the front and it works in the back, doesn't that say that the problem is with the front connector from the rv ?


if they are different plugs on the rv, then that tells you nothing but given how many scangauges are sold, I would not initially suspect the scangauge...
maybe try it on another coach at the dealership ?!?

I got up with the Scangauge people. I told them about the two different diagnostic connectors I have. And that only one was working. He had me try a couple of things. But no luck. He told me to use the back port, I can extend the length of the cable with a straight through RJ45 couple and a standard Ethernet cable. I bought The RJ45 straight through couple and 50 foot of cat 5 cable. Ran the cable up to the front drivers area and up and working now.
