Screen door adjustment

Having an issue adjusting the screen door. Seems to be sagging about a quarter inch at the top corner on the latch side. Also, is not fitting flat against the latch side with the upper corner also out about 3/8 inch away from the frame. The main door fits fine and latches correctly. I have played with the adjustment nuts on the screen hinge that are supposed to allow for movement to fit flat against the frame. I moved the upper hinge in towards the frame with little success in fixing the one issue. I also see no provision for vertical adjustments of the screen door? The screws from the hinge into the door do not appear to be elongated to allow for any vertical adjustment. Is there something I'm missing or perhaps the hinges are bent? I think my next move will be to switch the upper and lower hinges and see if it makes any difference. Any suggestions? If anyone knows the name of the manufacturer of the door, maybe they have some procedure. Thanks

Could it be sprung? My mother kept using the frame as a hand-hold and eventually bent it out of shape bad enough that it wouldn't fit at all. Had to take it completely off the coach and reworked it (as best I could) to get it to square-up again.
