I posted this problem a while back to find a new inside handle for my screen door on my 05 Holiday Rambler Sceptre. Thanks to Sue Lampton ( Monaco parts guru) I now have a new one to install. Problem is I can't figure how to do it..I thought that instructions would be included with it. I don't want to damage my new one so I am hoping someone out here can advise me..My screen door handle is the FLAT PADDLE TYPE..

Call 574-264-3131 extension 120 and talk to Jennifer Richter. Atwood made the handle and she should be able to provide installation instructions. Their part number is # 490038

TEDDE......I went and looked at mine. I'm guessing they're similar. It looks it's riveted on one end to the the door frame (end closest to the middle of the door) and screwed on with the two screws on the the outside of the screen door (closest to the edge).

It looks like you need to first remove the two pieces of clear plexigas, the stationary one and the one that slides. After they're removed, the felt trough they slide in needs to removed and will give you access to the rivet which will have to be drilled out.

This is just how it looks to me!
