Sealant

I have an 08 Holiday Rambler Endeavor what kind of sealant do you use on top of the slide outs?
I don't think you can use dicor or silicone on the top of the slide out box because it doesn't Harden
thank you

Normally I would use the 4" EternaBond tape!

I did mine with FlexSeal (the can of white stuff). I used it on all seams etc on the roof with good success. But...if it's not smooth and allowed to thoroughly dry on the slide outs the wiper seal can remove it. It depends also on what kind of seals your unit has. I replaced mine with the really heavy duty rubber ones and they are very tight. If it still had the foam seals it would be no issue at all.

They come from the factory with some type of foil backed tar-paper.

As mine goes, I replace it with Eternabond, which should last much longer.
