Is your toilet holding water in the bowl between flushes ?
It should and if it doesn't that will allow fumes to creep into the coach .
Also , always turn the vent fans off when flushing or fumes will be drawn
right up thru the toilet , not pleasant .
You probably have some material in the tank that has hardened like concrete
so it would be a good idea to keep a lot of water in there to soften up the crude .
Along with the water add some of the Piranha that Bob recommended or add
Rid X
Each time you dump add lots of water back into the black tank
I don't have your problem but I still add maybe 10 gal after each dump
just to keep every thing dissolving .
Since you are not mobile you should add even more water until the tank is clean .
I don't even use any chemicals just Rid X so can't help with the chemicals
