I'll have to assume that you've gone back over the fuses that you found to be a problem last time .

Were they blown again?

EDIT: I don't know if info in this post could be of any help.

Update. Checked all the fuses, pulled the shroud from the steering column, still can't find the culprit. Could it possibly be the flashers? If so, any idea where they might be located. When I ran the generator out, I found two small what I thought to be relays attached to the firewall, but at my level of expertise, they could very well be wiper motors.

Signal flashers ; about the size of a large egg, can look like this photo or the same size with a metal housing.
If the hazard flasher works , the signal flasher MAY be very close by, and you can track it down by the noise while it's flashing.

Finally found the flasher! It looks more like a circuit board and is located in the front driver side bay. Appears to be a design flaw as it is mounted on top of what looks like a relay with prongs on only 2 corners. Very easy to dislodge, so a couple of zip ties should do the trick. I appreciate all the help!!

I talked with Frank at Monaco about possible location of the flasher. He said it would be in the front bay under the driver's chair. He also said that he had found one laying on the floor of the bay at the factory. So I reckon that it is a poor design. Note it doesn't look like your typical flasher (his words, not mine).
