Slide and possible electrical issue

My 2005 Monaco Dynasty has been in storage for a month. While in storage the MH was plugged into 30 amp shore power with the salesman’s switch turned off. Yesterday the chassis batteries were dead,9.5 volts, and the house batteries at 13.3, their normal float voltage. When I attempted to open the slides the first slide, after a couple of seconds delay, very slowly opened an inch or two then stopped. After that would not move in any direction. The other slides did not move at all.
I suspect an electrical issue and would appreciate any suggestions on troubleshooting steps and location of fuses and relays. Thanks

I can't remember but could slides or there safety switches operate off chassis batteries?

Thanks. Unfortunately, they work off chassis batteries. I was thinking maybe the battery disconnect module associated with the salesman’s switch may be the culprit. Perhaps not providing full amps but enough voltage for lights etc. Is that a possibility?

Salesman switch off? That means the house battery was not being charged. Chassis battery is not normally charged by shore power.

Both normally charge with switch off. This time only house charged. Perhaps a BIRD issue with charging but not the slide issue.

Is the BigBoy relay hot to the touch? If so, it’s contacts need cleaning...something you can do yourself. Hardest part is getting the 2 small studs/contacts out of their rubber mounts in the bake-alight end.

Did you try the boost switch ? That also closes the big boy solenoid, connecting the house battery to the chassis battery. If that didn't work, suspect the big boy solenoid of dirty contacts.

If the boost switch works and properly connects the two banks together when pushed, then it may be a charging voltage issue.

I believe the BIRD needs 13.4+ volts to combine the house bank to the chassis bank. If your down below that threshold it may not be sending the signal to the solenoid. Bring your float voltage up to 13.4 and see what happens.

I've had the same thing happen. Had to clean the Intellitec Big Boy relay contacts (or replace it with a new one).
