Our coach, an 05 navigator, has had similar problems. If you consider that all of the hoses, hot cold, drain, electrical have to slide in and out several hundred times in say ten years it is no wonder we have problems. In order to do that all of the hoses- wires have to form a large coil to slide in and out. They all terminate on the non moving part of the coach in a plastic manifold. Right where they terminate is where all the twisting and turning goes on. It is also where the leaks happen. Ours has leaked twice and the grey water hose is currently leaking a small bit. Sort of the nature of the beast.
