Slide hydraulic pump assy
Dose anyone know what the flair is on these slide pump fittings. Is it aviation 37 degrees or automotive 45 degrees. I have a seep and if I need to remove lines I wish to cap and plug the fitting and lines. They look like- 4s.
Thanks Wayne and God Bless you all!

Everything I've come across on my HWH system has been JIC 37.

I have found just tightening a leaky hyd. fitting is less likely to stop a leak than backing it off first. If cone part is cracked or overly deformed it will never stop leaking. Of coarse there hyd. tapeded threaded and straight with o rings to make the seal .

I bought new elbows when I had my cylinders rebuilt. I'm pretty sure the service counter guy called them -4s. They were in the bins alongside all the other parker hydraulic fittings.
Cheers,
Walter

Yes, -4 is the size (1/4"), and it is a JIC 37 degree flare. I bought a 45 degree -4 male to female adapter, which I needed to extend one hose when I rotated my HWH pump mounting location for better access.
