Slide Lippert Block

03 Monaco Dynasty. Has anyone actually replaced a 9” Lippert raised Travel Block for the driver side slide. I have a replacement block and suspect the worn one is not accessible without modifications. The floor covers it when the slide is in and out. Three screw holes secure it in place. Can’t find any information on the web. It’s a little too cold to tackle it right now, but just asking.

How were you able to see them. If I had access I'd drill them out. I was afraid the slide has to come out and that is beyond my skill level. Mine is hydraulic operated. Strange no one has discussed it even though they wear out.

I was measuring for the guardian plates and you have to jack the slide up a little bit that's when I saw mine were all scratched and I was going to replace them but they are riveted and is no way to get to the rivets to drill or put the rivets back in. I already bought the block but I think you are right the slide has to come out to put them in

I put the Guardian Plates in a couple of years ago and now i see there's a grove worn in the Lippert. That lower's the slide and I have to use step pads to prevent scratching the floor. The slide still has carpet on top and a thought was to maybe cut an access hole to get to the rivets or screws. It may be too risky, but I'll take a look.
Thanks for the helpful information

Could you possibly use a hole saw to keep from having to cut a large hole?

I was looking at mine today and it looks like the rivets are in the compartment maybe Jack the slide up cut those rivets off and then drop some Carriage bolt through the top
