The living room, driver side, slide-out on my Dynasty Regent 2003 is partly sinking.

In or out, the forward end is lower than the rear end. The front part is lower than the rear by about 2 inches. Inside the motorhome, the slide is scratching the carpet in the forward part, behind the driver seat.

Outside, underneath the slide, I noticed that the two front rollers have left their marks. Both have significantly caved-in the surface. I would even call this as structural damages.

What sort of slide adjustment would be required? How can I correct the damages to the floor of the slide?

While you are outside look at the nuts and bolts that hold the guide arms- see if there is any new marks on them. If they are loose you can see where there is no paint that the slide has dropped down. You maybe able to jack it back up to match the original factory settings.

If the Hyd ram slide is not loose as Ernie has suggested then look under the left front wheel well in the back there should be a plastic cover about 1 ft long and 3 inches wide that covers the front slide roller, it could be out of adjustment or a bad roller it should be rubber coated you also have two more sets inside the coach under the cabinet just remove the cabinet bottom to access.

Install stainless plates where the rollers are -- I`ve done that on all the slides on our 07 Camelot -- Bill Willard

I recall you had the plates installed by someone? Can we order the plates online and DIY for the install?

Adam -- Call Erik (541-255-6231) He owns, along with two others, Elite Repair & Rmodel in Harrisburg, OR -- He designed the plates, & it can be a DIY project -- Eric will lead you thru it -- He worked for the Monaco Service Center for many years, & knows all the ways to repair these coaches -- Very nice person, & will help you in any way he can -- Bill Willard
