Anyone know the part number for this slide out roller, where to purchase, and how to replace?

First off, welcome to iRV2!

Second, you should add a "signature" to your profile. It contains whatever info you want; most people put info about their coach there, so they don't have to type it into each message. Instructions for adding a signature are here.

Re: Roller. Cass and Hudson supplied rollers for Monaco products. A link to their product page is here. Perhaps your coach's roller matches one of them.

REV Group (current owners of the Monaco brand) parts department may also be able to help you. The number is (877) 466-6226.

x2 Cass Hudson is a good source for replacement rollers.

Call Cass Hudson 800-423-1511 and ask for Debbie. She is very knowledgable and will help you.

A couple suggestions.

As already suggested, Cass Hudson is a great source for the rollers. When I replaced mine on the back bedroom/passenger side, I sent them a picture and they matched it up exactly.

However, I had to pull the slide out beyond the regular stops to access the bolts and remove/replace the rollers. Not an easy job, depending on your abilities.

From your picture, after you do replace the roller, I would consider adding stainless steel plates where the roller touches the slide (similar to Guardian Plates) to try to disperse the force from the rollers. It looks like a little damage (gouging) has occurred to the slide bottom.
