Slide outs scratching floor.

2007 Monaco Executive: two slide retract with clearance over the floor. Just before the slide is fully retracted, the inside edge of the slide drop down and touches the floor, causing the scratching. I found a piece of a small broken wheel under one of the slides. If there are small wheels under the slides, how do I access them? The only adjustment I find is through a round hole in the side of a horizontal rectangle support that supports the slide. There is a threaded shaft inside this hole where there is an adjustment nut and a locking nut on the shaft.

I don't know what to do next?

Is this the kitchen slide, if so pull up the false bottoms under the sink. I am not familiar with 07s so I may be off base entirely. I believe the slide drops down off the bare plywood at the rear, and your main flooring is lower. Has the flooring been replaced with laminate wood such as Pergo? Pictures would help with advise. Anyway I'll bump you back to the top.

Thank you for your response. The floor is Pergo, but this is as it came from the factory. If I extend the slide and view the underneath of the slide, there doesn't doesn't appear to be any access to the front of the slide. A diagram of the extension layout would be good, but I haven't found one. I don't know if it is made by HWH or ?.
