We got our coach back after being at the dealer for 6 weeks to have the DS Living room slide adjusted among other things. We took a short trip and both my wife and I seemed to notice that when this slide is pulled in it is very high versus main floor. It has been in 3 times due to scratching the floor. We don't recall if it was always so high. I lifted the carpet up by the fridge and looked underneath and it looks like there are several rubber shims under a nylon block. There are no shims at the front. The carpet is actually starting to crease from being walked on while the slides are in and will be tearing soon at this rate. Is this normal? Does anyone have a similar situation? It's headed back to the shop as the slide rubs in 3 places now instead of just behind the driver seat.

If that was my coach I'd be standing over the dealer with a big stick and I mean every day. To take a month and a half to make things worse is inexcusable IMHO. I drive almost 800 miles one way to the Monaco Service Center in Harrisburg, OR. where I am now, to avoid this sort of thing with inept dealers. Believe me it's worth the time and money to avoid the frustrations you are experiencing to go to the factory service centers.
