Make sure you buy good seals. I had some recently that nearly melted in my hands after six months.
Be sure to bring the seals all the way down to the bottom corners. Look very carefully to be sure there is no way water can run inside. Water running down a seal can turn and go inwards if the coach is tilted, making for a very difficult leak to find/cure.
I use some 3m Weather seal at the top corners because it is hard to get the seals to make the 90 degree turn. Cutting the flaps at the corners and then use some of the seal to keep them in place.
