Slide Seal Report - 1 Year
I had my full wall slide seal replaced last summer with a seal from Clean Seal, Inc. Their number ZML-6705 at the very bottom of the page. The seal is holding up great. It has not come off anywhere and there is no rust in sight after a year. I am very happy with the product. It was at that time, a minimum of 200' for $460.33. Find someone to split it with and you have enough for another slide or two. Hats off to SacsTC for finding it and solving our problem.

Luke, I need to replace my slide seal on the full wall also. Just need to locate someone that I have confidence in that can accomplish the work. Have not found that person yet in my area.
When you had your slide seal replaced did they completely remove the full slide from the coach? Also was it a 2 or 3 day job? I looked at your past post and I understand you had Elite in Oregon do the work, can you stay in the coach on there grounds waiting to get into there shop.
Thanks for any info.

@Pez These people can do it. They can actually add a slide to a RV.
RV Repair, Aftermarket Motorhome Slideout Conversions, Fresno/Sanger, CA
I've had work done by them and recommend them.
They are about 110 miles south of you.

Changing the seal took 5 hours of labor. The topper is disconnected and laid on top of the coach. The old seal just pulls off with the slide open. The new one is then pressed on and the topper is replaced. Most RV shops can do it. It just takes two guys with two tall ladders.

Luke / Arch Thanks for the info.
I will contact each one and see what they advise.
In my area I get conflicted advise. Two have advised the slide needs to be removed and one said it can be accomplished with slide open.
No problems with full slide except seal. Just afraid if slide is removed
might have some problems in the future. Again Thanks for info.

SacsTC and I did the work ourselves with the other half of Lukeaa's roll.
Do not let them take the slide off- they should get out of the RV repair business if that is how they plan to do it.
Sacs and I had only ladders (no scaffolding that you should find in an RV repair shop) and we did it all in one day - also take into account that we are both older than a half century and we don't do it for a living.
The slideseal was also holding up as Luke stated the last time I looked at it...
