Slide track question

I have a 2000 H/R Ambassador 34 one slide driver side and having problems with opening and closing. It appears to have a hump plus it is hanging up on something. I have to push by hand plush forward and reverse back and forth to get it to move. All new batteries. How many motors does it have and can they be gotten very easy?
Thanks

On mine you can see the slide workings by going into the basement right below the slide and look up. Mine has one motor.
