Slide will not move

After being gone for 2 1/2 months, upon ou return I discover the slide on my 99 Windsor will not extend. Nothing happens when I push the button to extend the slide. While the buttons light that show battery and tank levels, the light for the water pump will not light either. (The one in the bathroom does light). FWIW the house batteries are new.
Any suggestions on where to start looking for solutions to this problem
Thanks
Jim

Recheck your bay doors and make sure the lock-out switch is depressed. OH, and the light is probably burned out. I had to replace several of mine. They don't last very long,,,,, unless you are able to find led.

The controller for my slides is in the passenger side rear electrical by, the same one with the battery disconnect switches.

The controller has a 5 amp fuse. When I have problems with my slide I first check the basement doors and then the fuse. I've had the fuse blow about 3 times in the last 7 years. No idea why, just replace it and everything works.

As mentioned some rigs with doors that swing up have a switch in the door frame that must be depressed for the slide to operate. You can jumper this switch to take it out of the equation. The slide switch itself may be going bad too. Perhaps rocking this switch and pushing it harder may make the contact. I've had good luck cleaning switch contacts with deoxit. It's easier than finding the new switch.

Thumbs up slide will not operate

just a quick thought for the slide to operate the ign. switch must be on water pump lights etc will all work if salesman switch is on but the slide requires the ign. I felt a little dumb when I got a mobile repairman for our 99 Windsor just a thought

Not all Monaco slides work with the ignition on. Read your manual for slide operation. Your snowflake may be different. Check hyd fluid level. You may also have a slide lock out relay ( bosh 87A ) that could have a loose connection.

This is generic but
Some slides only work with the ignition ON
Some only work with the Ignition OFF
Some do not care
Mine are the 2nd type
They also have a key switch, it must be ON
Some have sensor switches on the bay doors, Mine do not
Finally.

Once we have all the electrical and control issues dealt with.

Some slides have shear pins or bolts. (one of mine does) or other devices (The rest of mine do) that can shear/break and when that happens.. NO OPERATION IS POSSIBLE.

and last but most expensive... Sometimes the motor/transmission assembly goes.... Bad.

You mentioned that the batteries are new, but you didn't state whether or not you were able to check the state of charge . . . . It's possible that they are discharged, possibly by a phantom draw. Do you have a battery volt meter for the house and chassis batteries? If so, what does it read?
