Slideout adjustment procedure?

My curbside slideout includes the J-lounge and kitchen counter, sink and microwave, so it's pretty heavy. The slide pinches and is cutting the rear seal at the top, where the slide lock mechanism passes. I'm pretty certain it is a PowerGear mechanism. Does anyone have or know where I can go to find a step-by-step alignment/adjustment procedure? I have tried adjusting the rollers with no improvement. Searched postings hereand found some ideas, but would prefer to do it by the book, if I can get the book!

The PowerGear documentation says the bottom slide rails should be the same distance below the slide floor. Mine is lower at the rear, and looks very slightly bowed, as if there is a lot more weight at that end. Admittedly when the cabinets are full there is going to be more weight, but could it be enough to cause noticeable flex with the slide all the way extended?

Any help will be appreciated.

There going to have a bow in them thats showing from the weight. Have you looked to see if the seal dropped down?

It's been too hot to mess with it yet, but I did check the seals. Upper and lower both appear to be ok. Measurements suggest the left end is a little higherabove the opening than the right. I can adjust the rollers and get it down a little, but I don't think that's going to help get the slide away from the left side seal. I intend to follow advice given in a previous posting and see if the slide is extending and retracting evenly; If it isn't, maybe adjusting that will improve the slide centering in the opening enough to relieve the drag against the left lock mechanism. I'm sure additional adjustments are needed (tracks and rollers). Just not sure of the correct order.
