Will be out of town a couple days so I'll try to get a picture upon return. Must be a way to get generator slide out manually but haven't had opportunity to research it. Have not seen hwh controller anywhere else, so must be in there.
The big circuit board in the closet were labeled A thru F as I recall. The ones that slideouts were on did NOT have a lit green light, but you could hear a click and see a light come one when slide buttons were pushed, fuses checked ok. The other controllers did have visible green lights.
Again, thanks for your help. I think I could wreck a tank, so even opening this stuff up is daunting to me! Happy New Year.

When you can get around to it. The panel you describe sounds like one we have in the bathroom - it has the fuses for the other board, but the relay is in another location. It is a little complicated.

I have to go and take some measurements from my coach today, so I'll try and get a few pictures for you.

Getting the slide out to move without the hydraulics is a problem I've never had to face.

msully - a few pics that may help you identify the various parts:

Top is the panel and fuse block in the bathroom. If I recall correctly this includes the fuse that controls the Intellitec relay.

Next is the intellitec relay over the driver's seat. This actually controls power to the HWH box, and has fuses in it.

Last is a picture of the cover over the Intellitec relay, you probably have something similar.

Distaff,
Obviously my test on the batteries was either improper or I have a faulty tester. Service facility found 1 bad, 2 only fair and 1 good batts for the house and same for the 4 batts I have to run the refrigerator. Also 1 very weak chassis battery. they also checked the HMH box and got good voltage coming out of it. On one hand I think the issue is taken care of, having read it takes a lot of voltage to move the slides. On the other hand, I am in a state of mistrust, wondering if there is some underlying prolem lurking. What say you?
