Slideout will not go in

We brought the Slideout in and went 100 ft to dump and when we returned the Slideout will not go back out. No sounds or anything. Any ideas before I call Coachnet tomorrow.

Oops problem solved. One of those i d 10 T errors. I did not have the parking brake set and it must have a safety feature that prevents the slide from moving if the brake is not set. Thanks anyway.

When I saw your original post pop up I almost asked that question but thought better of it. These are the easy fixes though. Too bad all problems aren't as easy to fix.

Just last week I pulled my coach up in front of my house to begin loading it. I left the diesel running because I was going to put air in a couple of tires but it was really hot so I was going to put out my power awnings to provide a little bit of shade.

Neither would extend but when I pushed the retract button I could clearly see that they were engaging the motors to retract. Just when I figured I would have to head to the shop before our trip a little light went on.

Yep, there's apparently a lock out that prevents the power awnings from being extended while the engine is running. Makes sense but I've owned the rig for five years and never knew it.
