Lightbulb Slides 2006 Monaco Diplomat

We had a 2005 Winnebago Adventurer 35U. Beautiful Unit we decided to upgrade from Gas to Diesel Pusher. Never owned a diesel before. I have done a lot of research and comparison and very interested in 2006 Diplomat 40 PDQ. It has 99,000 miles and needs some fresh TLC. I have a concern with the Slides (4) they seem to be more noisy to operate in and out than the Winnebago and move a lot slower. it takes about a minute to move in or out. Any suggestion on what to look for? Anything else i should be concerned with. Any advice will be appreciated thank you.

If all of them are slow and take a minute to run in or out it sounds like you have weak batteries or connections.

They draw a lot of current and most times you can't run them in and out with the engine running.

If you are connected to shoreline or run the generator do you get faster action?

Try propping the battery boost button to combine the battery banks to see if you get improvement.
