Headlight flash from smart wheel works fine when headlights are on.
Will work fine with the lights off, but only for about 2 minutes after turning key on, then they won't work.
Have swapped out all 3 relays with no change.
John,

When the flash option stops working after about 2 minutes as you say, are you able to "ARM" your cruise control? (assuming it was off to begin with)
(when I say "arm", that's when I can turn it on, but not "set" it.)

I have a similar issue that you guys are talking about, but it's with the cruise control, so I'm trying to see if somehow they are related.

My DRL socket is also empty.

Perry, the way they are supposed to work:

With the key on, engine running or not.
Pushing left button with lights off will turn on headlights, keeping them on for as long as you hold button down.

Have never had an issue with cruise. But works every time I use it.

So today when we took off, I started the engine, and the headlights were on. The headlights which was not pulled out, but the headlights were on. Pulled the switch on and then back off and then headlights were off as they should be.
Gremlins. Lol

My headlites automatically come on when I turn on the wipers. Any chance that was it?

No. They came in immediately after I started the engine and was hooking up the toad.

Ok, last thing before I left Texas; unplugged Smartcontroller, turned off all 12v. Unplugged controller: cleaned plugs with contact cleaner: plugged it all in, powered up.
Wife and I checked; all works has Harry stated, no issues. Yes!
Thx all.
