Solar trickle charger

My 2016 holiday rambler vacationer has a solar panel on the roof to charge the house batteries. How do I check that it is still functioning?

See if there is an in-line fuse near the battery for the solar charger. I have one for the house and one for the chassis batteries. I do have a display that shows charging amps and the battery voltage, last week I was checking battery voltage and the chassis didn't show any, the fuse was blown.

If you have a fuse you should be able to check voltage.

Check the voltage at the battery terminals during the day when the sun is out. If you read 13+ volts then the solar panel is charging, assuming you are not connected to shore power.
