Speedometer tampered with during driver’s panel fuel gauge changed

During fuel gauge removal from drivers position for testing, on my 2004 HR Navigator, the technician disturbed the pins settings on the speedometer. After 4 attempts at recalculating the ratio to reset the pins to the correct settings for this vehicle, speeds dial indicated a range of 11 to 19 MPH, while the GPS indicated each reset attempt we were test driving at 55 MPH.
RV Manufacturer since gone out of business, as has the speed dial maker. Tried to order a second hand speedometer from my model RV, but none in stock at used RV parts Company.
My mechanic (not the one who caused the problem and tried experiments to get back to normal)
He suggested try 2004 Navigator 43’ model forums to see if anyone has the pin setting information or knows the correct formula to calculate the unit to speedometer settings and thus pin formula.
Any suggestions or solutions

What's the speedo brand?
Someone here should know where to get help even if in a different coach.

As to the fuel gage, the problem is usually the sender.
