Which chassis/rig do you have. As a new member it helps to add the info in your signature or about info.

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined us!

Are you referring to steering stabilizers? If so, then I would recommend the SteerSafe stabilizers. I installed them myself in 2012 for added control in case of a front tire blowout.

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Before you spend money on a Steer Safe, review the information on this web site.
The Monaco Watts system is engineered specifically for your Roadmaster chassis.

Vito is right. If you have a "road wondering" issue. First make sure you have the TRW steering box.

I have the Monaco watts front linkage and rear X bars on the trailing arms. The products are awesome and specific to the RR8/10 series chassis and help the ROOT of the Roadmaster issues some coaches have. If you have a drivability issue the Watts system is what you should look into.

I bought the SteerSafe stabilizers specifically for added control in case of a front tire blowout. Our coach was very stable on the road, even with high side winds, before I put the stabilizers on. I don't see any mention about blowout protection with the Watts system?

We went through several blowouts (two on the front) during the Goodyear G670 fiasco. My wife was driving on one of the front blowouts. The most important thing is not to panic and not jam on the brakes.
I'm not sure why you would need a Steer Safe on one of these big diesel coaches. You have a very powerful hydraulic system that will hold the front wheels in line with the steering wheel. In fact during a front blowout, I do not want any outside forces controlling my steering.

Getting back to the Monaco Watts system. It addresses the weak link in our suspension that tends to make some coaches wander.
