Step Cover - 2003 Monaco Windsor

I was sliding by step cover back in when all of a sudden I hear a loud "clank" and the step quit moving even though I could still hear the motor turning. I was able to push the slide back in but now it will not move either way when I hit the button. Any idea on what could be going on and where would I be able to access the controls for the step cover. Under the coach? Thanks for the help.

If you have an electric step this may help.

If it's air powered try this one.

Good morning Coreyph; You say you hear the motor running. Not sure when they change from an air activated step cover to electric. My 01 Windsor is air. No matter what, you will need to pull the cover all the way out and look underneath the step. You will find that something like a clevis pin or a rod has become disconnected from the step. Put a search in the top right of this page with your problem and you will find others who have had your problem with fixes. Should also be pictures. Hope this info helps. I will now say never mind as Dennis had posted the info you need. Thanks Dennis!
