My linkage parts broke apart and is not repairable. So I find the dealer list from the Kwikee/Power gear website and choose DelCity to fulfill the order. After two weeks of no delivery and no communication I call and they tell me they don't have it in stock and they will receive it in several days and then I will get it a week later. That date comes and goes, I e-mail and get no response. I call and they say it is showing still another two weeks; then they say just another week. I told them to cancel the order and forget I ever existed. Order from DelCity with caution.

Mine linkage broke and I called Kwikee and bitched to them about this part. Years ago my mother broke her leg because of this problem. They sent me a new one for free. If they say no, ask for the manager. They say it never happened before. BS
