I purchased the controller (SP-164889) in July 2014 from etrailer.com, getting great service from them. And, they had the most reasonable price at the time of $115. I see them now online for $101-$150. Now, etrailer is $127

The replacement controller housing is plastic whereas yours might be metal. They are interchangeable and mount using same holes. Wires match up also.

Hopefully, you won't need one.
