Me and my wife really like the Monaco line. We especially like the bath & 1/2 floor plan ( I let her see one). We have seen a Knight 40DFT that would fit the bill, but sold before we could act. So I have been looking alot like the 07-08 because concerned about MaxForce. So Iam asking if anyone hears of a DFT looking for a new home would appreciate the heads up. Is there any concern with the MAxforce as that would open up 2012-2013 models which the wife like even more.

I have a 2008 Knight ( bought new in October 2009), that I will most likely put on the market a In May of 2016. We are currently In Florida with the coach But would not let it go until we return to our home in NY. ( Looking to downsize ) it has 32,00 miles on it new tires in April of 2015, Washer dryer added in 2010. Bought a place in Florida so now it just sits in our driveway in Florida.

I and many others have the MaxxForce 10 engine and are very happy with it. You obviously have heard rumors about problems and lawsuits but those are about the larger engines not used in RV's. Keep in mind you can have problems with ANY brand engine.
